How to use HCG Diet Drops to Lose Weight
1. Consult your physician before starting our diet program.
2. Apply 10 drops of HCG 3 times daily under your tongue. Let the HCG dissolve under your tongue for 30-60 seconds before swallowing. If you’re feeling hungry you can add in extra doses for a total of up to 6 times a day (10 drops per).
3. For the first three days it is the loading stage. Your body is loading up on HCG, you may eat what you want but we recommend a normal, well balanced diet. Doing this allows the HCG to build up in your system so when you start phase 2 the fat burning response is immediate.
4. On the morning of the 4th day, we recommend that you eat only 500 calories a day which is split between two meals a day, lunch and dinner. For Breakfast we recommend a liquid beverage with minimal to no calories. If you are looking to only lose 10-12 lbs you can increase the diet to 1000 calories a day while using the product for 22-25 days.
5. After 6 weeks of using HCG stop taking the drops. You may notice your appetite is less than expected. This indicates that you have “reset your appetite” and eliminated your cravings for unwanted carbohydrates. The first few weeks after stopping Premium HCG return to a diet of 1,500-2,000 calories a day. Do not consume sugars or starches. For the second three weeks, gradually add starches and sugars in small quantities to your diet.
6. After 6-8 weeks of stopping HCG drops, you may start up again if you want to continue to lose more weight. HCG diet drops should only be used for 6 weeks at a time because your body can develop a resistance. After resting for 6-8 weeks the immunity is gone and you can do the diet effectively again for 40-45 days. You can continue doing this as many times needed until you reach your target weight.
7. After losing all the weight you desire, introduce foods gradually into your diet. You should follow a healthy lifestyle.
